Why a Solar PV Project
on your land?

No investment required from the land owner

we invest in the project and you as the landowner will receive a lease payment.

A stable income

Leasing your land for a solar project provides you with a stable and guaranteed source of income of up to €4,000 per year per hectare for the duration of the lease, which can be up to 35 years.

Land Preservation

Solar farms are generally low impact in terms of land use. They can be easily removed at the end of the lease, allowing the land to be returned to its original state or used for other purposes.

A green energy

Photovoltaic plants uses the sun’s light to produce carbon-free and illimited energy.

A solar panel reaches carbon neutrality within two years and has a lifespan of 30 years, making it one of the most environmentally friendly energies available.
